To resolve this close all instances of mstsc.exe, start regedit.exe, navigate to<\/p>\n<p>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\MSLicensing<\/p>\n<p>and backup the key by using the export function of regedit.<\/p>\n<p>Then delete the key.
