I installed this fix on the WSUS Server and restart the it.<\/p>\n<p>At the clients stop the &#8220;Windows Update&#8221; Service<br \/>\n<code>net stop wuauserv<\/code><br \/>\nDelete the SoftwareDistibution Folder<br \/>\n<code>rmdir \/s \/q %windir%\\softwaredistribution\\<\/code><br \/>\nStart the service<br \/>\n<code>net start wuauserv<\/code><br \/>\nand reset the &#8220;Windows Update&#8221; service by executing.<br \/>\n<code>wuauclt \/resetauthorization \/detectnow<\/code><\/p>\n<p>After a few minutes the client provides new updates.<\/p>\n<p>Michael<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi, a Customer calls me that his Windows Clients won&#8217;t install some Updates and the boxes does not submit their update states to the WSUS Server which runs at Windows Update Server 3 SP2.
