Debian/Ubuntu: Install docker

Hi,

short tutorial to install docker.

Install the docker public gpg key

root@debdev ~ # apt-get -y install apt-transport-https ca-certificates curl gnupg-agent software-properties-common
root@debdev ~ # curl -fsSL https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu/gpg | apt-key add -

Add the repository
On ARM64/aarch64 (RockPi with armbian Ubuntu)

root@debdev ~ # add-apt-repository "deb [arch=arm64] https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu $(lsb_release -cs) stable"

On ARM64/aarch64 (Raspberry 4 with 64Bit rasbian)

root@debdev ~ # add-apt-repository "deb [arch=arm64] https://download.docker.com/linux/debian $(lsb_release -cs) stable"

On amd64

root@debdev ~ # add-apt-repository "deb [arch=amd64] https://download.docker.com/linux/debian $(lsb_release -cs) stable"

ANd install docker

root@debdev ~ # apt-get update
root@debdev ~ # apt-get -y install docker-ce docker-ce-cli containerd.io
