Hi,

the install.wim of Windows 10 iso Images which contains multiple OS Versions is usually greater then magic 4GB broder.

Therefore it is not possible to copy this file to an FAT32 formated USB Stick because FAT32 has a file size limit of 4GB.

Windows: Cannot access samba share as Guest

Hi,

since some later Versions of Windows 10 it is no longer possible to access Samba Public shares with Guest access as Windows User SYSTEM(i.e. from Schedule Tasks).

The error occured is:

The specified server cannot perform the requested operation.

Windows: Renew a machine certificate

Hi,

in most Active Directory Enviroments the Certificate Enrollment is active which generates and enrolls a certificate for each client. This can be used for Radius authentication or as certificate for an IIS webserver.

Typically the client renews this certificate itself.
